Hello Customer is one of Belgium’s fastest-growing tech companies

Ghent-based Hello Customer ranks among Belgian’s leading tech companies. Deloitte has included this SaaS company, which collects customer feedback and analyses it using artificial intelligence, in their prestigious ranking, the Fast 50 Belgium. That honor was topped by the news that Hello Customer won the Fast 50 award for the fastest-growing company in the ‘digital content, media and entertainment’ category. Every year, Deloitte presents an award to the country’s fastest-growing tech companies. Hello Customer is proud to join the list of winners, which also boasts Teamleader, Showpad and Monizze.

‘To have a place in the Deloitte Fast 50 ranking is wonderful news, it’s a recognition of how far Hello Customer has come in recent years. It confirms the fact that we have become an important partner for businesses who want to focus on their customers,’ claims CEO Leslie Cottenjé. ‘Customer centricity means that you really listen to your customers so you can obtain their feedback and consequently find opportunities for improvement, innovation and growth. That was always our aim, and has been for the past five years. Thanks to the development of our SaaS platform, we can filter the best analyses from the feedback we collect automatically from their customers. With that information, they can respond quickly to improve their customer satisfaction and have the means to adjust their business more rapidly.’

Hello Customer has indeed shown rapid growth: their turnover has almost quadrupled since 2018. The company, which employs 36 staff and whose clients include Eneco, Telenet, BinckBank and Cafe Royal, operates in a number of European countries. Back in the spring, after a new round of financing, this young tech company raised another 6 million euros. Senovo Capital and Peak Capital, two major investment funds based in the Netherlands and Germany respectively, entered into the company’s capital.

Deloitte’s commendation has encouraged Hello Customer make an even bigger effort to achieve its ambitions for more - and international - growth.
