Why we exist

Listening is easy. Acting on it is the hard part.

Companies collect more feedback than ever, and still struggle to do anything with it. A score goes up on a slide, while the comment that explains it never reaches the person who could act.

Hello Customer started in Ghent in 2015 to close that gap. Our AI reads every survey, review, call and chat, works out what is driving satisfaction up or down, and routes the next move to the team that owns it, so feedback turns into decisions instead of dashboards.

The whole platform is built and hosted in Europe. We hold security and privacy to the same standard as the companies that trust us with their customers' words, and that is the one part of the job we are entirely serious about.
